UFC 207 is only two days away. The event will feature two bantamweight championship matches: one in the men’s division and one in the women’s.
In the men’s division, champion Dominick Cruz will be putting his title on the line against the undefeated Cody Garbrandt. Cruz has been a dominant champion, having only been defeated once in his MMA career; but he’ll certainly have his work cut out for him when he takes on Garbrandt, who has earned 90% of his wins via knockout.
Yet as big as the men’s bantamweight match is, all eyes will certainly be on the women’s bout, when one of the biggest stars in mixed martial arts history makes her return to the octagon.
I’m referring, of course, to “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey.
The once dominant champion of the women’s bantamweight division has been missing from action since her shocking loss to former champion Holly Holm last year.
Ronda, however, is looking more fit than ever, and no doubt eager to wrest her crown from the hands of current queen, Amanda Nunes.
In order to whet our appetites even more for its 207th event, the UFC put together the 23-minute UFC 207 Countdown video.
If you have a half hour to spare, check it out.
